Our founder, Sunny Rosanbalm, retired from full-time work with Tucker’s House. A gift in her honor to the Legacy Fund builds our capacity to serve more children and young adults with disabilities in our community. Donations will be matched up to $10,000!
It started with Sunny…
When Sunny’s grandson Tucker was born with a life-threatening condition that left him without the ability to talk or walk, his parents had to find the means to retrofit their home to make it safe, functional and accessible. Sunny eagerly took on this task, and quickly discovered the lack of resources available.
In 2009, Sunny founded Tucker’s House and started rewriting that story.

After many years of dedicated service — leading hundreds of home modification projects for families across Middle Tennessee — Sunny is now retiring from full-time work with Tucker’s House. She leaves a thriving organization with multiple team members dedicated to her vision of helping families of children or young adults with disabilities to make their homes safer and more accessible.
